3 weeks ago I had an appt for my Kia Sorrento at Williams Toyota for an oil change & I told them I had a headlight out. After servicing they told me my headlight "might" fall under warranty & if not, it would cost $800 to replace. THEN the folks at the service desk offered to take my car to Matthews Kia in Vestal to have them check the headlight. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated!! But Because I was going out of town for 2 weeks they made my appt for today. So I dropped my car off this am & they gave me a loaner for today. Good news is the headlight did fall under the warranty. But the BEST news is the customer service I received!! Everyone was so kind & caring about a situation that really was of no concern to them. Even tho Williams is no longer selling Kia cars they are still trying to accommodate their former Kia customers. This is one very happy, satisfied customer who feels the service staff certainly exceeded her expectations!! Thank you all!!
