Another service appointment with Andy and Crew, they found and took care of the issue causing the abnormal tire wear and had the car ready quickly. Andy was great in explaining the problem, and as every other time with the service department, I knew that my car was very well taken care of! Thanks Guys!!

We sat with Joe Mattocks, talked about what we were after, and although there were none in the color Chris wanted, he got the vehicle in two days. We were offered a fair trade for the 2007 Camry we traded in. While talking with Joe, Andy, the service manager, stopped in to explain about service with Chris. When we went to pick up the new Rav4, Brian Hughes explained everything to Chris in a very professional way that Chris could understand. As Joe was explaining the vehicle to Chris, Bruce called me aside and we shared about 15 minutes talking about Chris etc.. I'm sure this was an experience Chris will not forget, and he will be back to see Williams in another three or four years. This makes a 4 Toyota family and we are so satisfied

I went to Williams?s auto because they offered a good car at a good price for my daughter. My experience with the dealing was not so good. I had to travel almost a hour to get there, so I call to confirm the car I was interested in was still available. I was told the car was available, so I asked if they could hold it till I got just so I didn?t travel the distance to get there and the car be sold. I was told they can?t, ok I understand. When we got there the car was setting off to the side with a sold sign tag on the mirror, ok. We went inside to see the salesman I talked with on the phone and asked about the sold sign, the reply was, the car is sold but is not, someone else want the car and was coming back but didn?t put money down on it so it was still available. So in other words they kind of held it but I was told they don?t do that. We test drove it and my daughter loved it so we went inside to talk numbers. We decided on a payment she was comfortable with. This being the first loan for her I knew that I would need to be a co-signer. They ran a credit check, and told me it might be difficult because of my daughter?s low credit score. A credit application was submitted to the banks, while we where waiting we were told the other people looking at the car was on the way there to buy it. I wanted to leave and go to my bank but was told if we left they couldn?t hold the car for us. Later on they came back, our loan was approved. A that time I knew I must contact my auto insurance. While on the phone with my ins co they came back with some other information to tell us, telling my daughter, I had no clue what they said. The ins co needed to fax information I need , while waiting for that they came to me and said, the other people are here and we must decide right then and there if we wanted the car if not they are selling to the other people. So we committed to the sale. Finally after about 3 hours our paper work was finished, we just wanted to get it done and go home so we signed the papers that were handed to us. The next day after I had a chance to look over the paper work I noticed they added in a vehicle service agreement for a fee of $1390, to my knowledge I was never offered it they just added it. So in a nut shell if you go to William?s auto group to buy a car, make sure you see all the numbers, read everything before you sign, and make sure everything is explained clearly to you.

In doing my due diligence in trying to decide whether to purchase another Subaru Outback, which I have since 1982, or a Toyota Venza, I visited three Toyota and Subaru dealerships and decided to purchase a 2013 Venza from Williams Toyota. My purchase decision was based on Mr. Templar?s product knowledge and professionalism, the Williams competitive vehicle pricing including the additional rust protection and extended warranty is was seeking, trade in allowance for my 2007 Outback, and Toyota financing. In summary, Toyota had the product, Clayton made the sale.

The service department is always welcoming and treats me great. Likewise, the sales department is great, I just wish the prices would beat a local competitor.

Steve was very kind and respectful and demonstated a very calm and cheerful attitude, in my need to lease a car. There were no hidden surprises in numbers. I was able to keep my monthly payments where I wanted them.I feel I was given a great deal and everything went very smoothly with all the paperwork, also. I love my new vehicle and feel I got a better vehicle than what I was actually looking for and still able to keep my payments low. Thanks Steve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went to Williams Toyota in Sayre, PA to buy a new Highlander. We ran into a sales consultant who sold us our previous Toyotas at a competitive dealership and whom we were very happy with 7 years ago. Mr. Kohberger greeted us with a smile and engaging conversation about about our immediate car needs. Mr. Kohberger fetched the Highlander that we were interested in, gave an overview of the changes in that have occurred in the Highlander since 2005 and was most helpful in getting us acquainted with the overall features of the SUV. After our test drive, Mr. Kohberger was there to greet us and answer any questions about the vehicle. We decided to buy the Highlander. At which time, Mr. Lundy, the dealership manager, came and offered us an attractive price which we accepted. Mr. Lundy was also very helpful to us in understanding the obtained price, getting acquainted with the new GPS system and answering our questions. Mr. Kohberger introduced us to the service manager, Andy Liguori, who was helpful and gave us a brief run-down on service procedures for the new Highlander. One great thing that Mr. Kohberger did was return the money (loose coins)from the compartment of our 2005 Highlander that we forgot to take when we traded in the older vehicle. His complete honesty was truly appreciated even though the sume of money was not great. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Brian Hughes, who explained all the options surrounding Toyota care and other protection programs for the new Highlander. In summary, the entire experience ranging from brief, but fruitful conversations with Kevin Horn (Overall Manager of William'Dealerships), Mr. Dave Lundy and Mr. Bill Kohberger (who always follows up for years after the sale)was a most satisfying experience and one that is heartily recommended.
